2. Fill the registration form in its entirety and mail the completed form to the address given in the
registration form.
3. Overseas delegates can fill the registration form and email the scanned form to oncofellow@yahoo.com.
The Payment of the registration fee by overseas delegates can then be made by bank transfer.
Please Note
• Registration Acknowledgement will automatically be sent to you via email. If you do not receive an acknowledgement e-mail 2 weeks after your registration, please contact the Secretariat.
• Registration Confirmation Letter will be sent to you via e-mail upon clearing of
the appropriate payment.

There are 2 ways you could pay the Registeration Fee to ABCC
1 Cheque/Bankers Draft : Make a cheque/bankers draft payable to to “Asian Breast Cancer Congress”, Bangalore,India and attach it with the registration form and send it to the secretariat address by certified/registerd mail. Please write your name and address behind the cheque/bankers draft.
2 Bank Transfer : Overseas delegates will find it easiest to pay via a Bank transfer.
After the transfer is executed,please email to oncofellow@yahoo.com, the bank tranfer remitance details along with your registeration form(scanned)
